How often should I schedule a cleanup service?

The frequency of cleanup depends on your needs. We offer one-time, weekly, twice a week, bi-weekly, and monthly options to suit your schedule.

Do I need to be home during the cleanup?

You do not need to be home during the cleanup. Just make sure we have access to your yard and pets are secure. We will send a reminder text before we arrive!

What areas do you service?

We service Madison, Brookings, and Sioux Falls Greater Area. Contact us to inquire about your specific location and servicability!

How often do I get billed?

Billing is set to Monthly for all residential accounts. Once you contact us about your service, we pre-bill the route for the month. This allows both parties to not have to worry about payments coming out at random times throughout the month!

What happens if you miss a pile?

Here at Siouxper Scoopers, we offer a 24 hour gurantee. We will come back at no cost and get the waste removed! However, we highly recommend keeping the grass a suitable length so that our service technicians can ensure nothing was missed!

Will I be notified every time we are serviced?

Yes! Not only will you be notified, but our techs will also add notes to your service notification. For all gated properties, we will send a photo confirming all gates are closed and secured before leaving! Doing so gives you the piece of mind that your furry friend won't go on an expedition!
